1. Who operates this website
This website is operated by Aadideva Infraventure, a real estate channel partner. It is not the official website of Sobha Limited, and we are not the developer of Sobha Crescent. We market the project in the capacity of an authorised channel partner. Any reference to the developer, the project or its trademarks is for identification purposes only.
Where this policy says "we", "us" or "our", it means Aadideva Infraventure.
2. What we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us on a form, plus a small amount of basic technical information:
- Information you submit: your name, mobile number (with country code), email address, the configuration you are interested in, and any message or preferred site-visit timing you type in.
- Enquiry context: which button or section your enquiry came from (for example "price breakup" or "floor plans"), and the date and time of submission — so the sales desk knows what you actually asked for before calling you.
- Technical information: your browser type, device type, approximate location derived from your IP address, referring page, and pages viewed on this site.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, financial information such as card, bank or UPI details, government identity numbers, or any sensitive personal data through this website.
3. Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry — call, email or message you with the price list, floor plans, brochure, payment plan or availability you asked for.
- To arrange and confirm a site visit or a virtual walkthrough.
- To register you against the project with the developer or its authorised representatives where that is required for the enquiry to be processed.
- To send you occasional updates about this project and comparable projects, until you tell us to stop.
- To understand which pages and campaigns generate genuine interest, so we can improve the site.
4. Consent, DNC/NDNC and marketing contact
Every form on this site carries a consent checkbox. By ticking it and submitting the form, you expressly authorise us and our authorised representatives to contact you by telephone call, SMS, email and WhatsApp in connection with this project and comparable residential projects.
You further agree that this consent will apply even if your number is registered on the National Do Not Call (DNC / NDNC) registry or under any Do Not Disturb list, and that such contact will not constitute an unsolicited commercial communication. This authorisation stays in force until you withdraw it, which you can do at any time using the methods in section 7.
We do not buy contact lists, and we do not send marketing communications to people who have not submitted an enquiry to us.
5. Who we share your information with
We share the details you submit only with parties who need them to process your enquiry:
- The developer and its authorised representatives — for lead registration, site-visit scheduling and booking formalities.
- RERA-registered brokers and channel partners working on this project alongside us.
- Service providers that operate our tools — CRM, email delivery, cloud hosting and analytics — strictly on our instructions.
- Authorities, where disclosure is required by law, regulation, or a valid legal process.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to serve you, and for up to 36 months after your last interaction with us, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Where a booking is made, records are retained for the longer period required under applicable tax, accounting and real estate regulations.
7. Your choices and how to opt out
You can, at any time, ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you;
- correct anything that is inaccurate or out of date;
- delete your details from our records;
- stop calling, messaging or emailing you — entirely, or through a specific channel.

8. Cookies and local storage
This site uses your browser's local storage to remember that you have already submitted an enquiry, so that gated sections such as the floor plans stay unlocked and you are not asked for the same details twice. That data stays in your browser. If analytics or advertising tags are enabled on this site, they may set their own cookies to measure traffic and campaign performance. You can clear or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings — the site will still work, but gated sections will lock again.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards — encrypted transport, access controls and restricted internal access — to protect the information you submit. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send confidential financial or identity documents through this website.
10. Accuracy of project information
All project information on this website — including images, renders, floor plans, layouts, areas, specifications, amenities, prices, payment plans, timelines and registration details — is indicative and provided for general information only. Renders and plans are artist's impressions or schematic representations, not measured drawings. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, an invitation to offer, or a contract of any kind.
Prices and inventory change without notice. Before making any purchase decision or payment, please verify all particulars — including the HARERA registration GGM/1054/786/2026/26, approved plans, areas, pricing and possession timelines — directly with the developer and on the official HARERA Gurugram portal, and rely on the executed agreement for sale.
11. Intellectual property
The layout, text, graphics and code of this website are owned by or licensed to Aadideva Infraventure and may not be reproduced, republished or used commercially without written permission. "Sobha" and all related names, logos and marks are the property of their respective owners and appear here purely for identification and reference.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or the applicable law change. The revised version takes effect when posted here, and the "last updated" date at the top will change. Material changes affecting how we contact you will be highlighted on this page.
